He was predeceased by: his siblings, Andy Patrick, Grover Patrick and Phyllis Tuell; and his sister-in-law Delores Patrick. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Patrick and Eliza Patrick (Potter); his spouse Nannie Smith; his children, John Patrick (Cathy), Robert Patrick and Pam Phipps (Gary) of Waynesfield; and his sister Eva Lawson of Cumberland, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
