She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Frederick and Agnes C. Clark (Bateman); her husband Herbert Swick; her siblings, Ronald Clark (Shirley) and Patricia Richards (Amos); and her siblings-in-law, Mildred Clark, Doyt, Ronald, Denny Swick and Joyce Pugh.
She is survived by: her children, David A. Swick (Sheri) of Delphos and Patricia Dawn Bullinger (Joe) of Delphos; her sister-in-law Genie Swick of Elida; her grandchildren, Brent Hochstetler, Collin Swick (Courtney), Andrew Swick (Shea), Matt Bullinger (Tracy), Ben Babcock and Ryan Bullinger (Madison Jacobs); her great grandchildren, Morgyn, Caleb, Carter, Callie, Brecken, Xavier, Grady and Quinn; her brothers, Kenneth Clark and Alan Clark (Linda); and her nephews, Stephen (Lynda), Michael (Kelly), Paul (Ann) and Christopher Richards (Colleen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
