She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Fitch and Hattie Fitch (Woods); her siblings, Harlan, Zelda and Hilda; her husband Dr. Ralph C. Best; her children, Beverly Hughes (Scott) of Frederick, Valerie Best of Frederick, Barbara Best of Reynoldsburg, Curtis Best (Nancy) of Hopkinton and Lorraine Wieging (Bob) of Delphos; her grandsons, Adam, David (Laura Hughes), Andy Wieging and Zachary (Brian Best); her great grandchildren, Wade and Logan Perkins; and her parents-in-law, Dick, Dorothy Shalter, Alvin Best, Mary Margaret and Fred Schroeder.
Preferred donations are to the Delphos Public Library or Boy Scouts.
