He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Shook and Geraldine Shook (Morris); his siblings, Jack Shook and Arlene Price (Don); his sister-in-law Julia Shook; and his nephew Michael Shook.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, David Shook, Kevin Shook (Barb), Diane Cattell (Randy), Linda Groat and Becky Woods (Lonnie).
