She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wells and Mary Athalene Wells (Ashby); her husband Edwin E. Watkins; her daughter Teresa Watkins; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Watkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Watkins (Barb) of Elida, OH and Patrick A. Watkins (Donna) of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Christopher Watkins (Susan) of Lewis Center, OH, Jeremy Watkins (Joanna) of Charlotte, TN and Shannon Pugh (Brian) of Lima, OH; and her siblings, Clifford Wells, Mary Winhover and Carol Buettner. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
