He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Suever and Anna Suever (Schwinnen); his wife Alice (Wiechart); his daughter Susan Lenhart; and his siblings, Herman, Virgil, Rita Kaverman, Coletta Lause, Imelda Knueve, Ralph, Clarence and Ann Lause.
He is survived by: his aunt Mathilda; his uncle Frank Rode; his children, Daniel, Jeanne (Peter Rickert), Thomas and Diane (Paul Nuveman Jr); his son-in-law Tony Lenhart; his grandchildren, April (Mike Pocius), Christin Winter, Juliette (Johnny Price), Theresa (Andy Sanders) and Bradley Rickert; and his great grandchildren, Wesley Winter, Lilyan Winter, Grant Pocius and Josephine Price. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
