It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwendolyn A. Rohrbacher of Delphos, Ohio, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Frericks and Mary Jeanette Frericks (Hurm); her husband Charles A. Rohrbacher; her daughter Sharyn Rohrbacher; and her in-laws, John Fischer (Emma), Clara Wrasman (Carl), Joe Fischer (Esther), Mary Renner (Virgil), Martha Pohlman (Bob), Leo Fischer (Bea), Viola Elwer (Joe), Francis Fischer (Jeanette), Clarence Fischer, Joy Carr (Charley), Clifford Rison (Laura), Josephine Neff (Lewis) and Jay Rohrbacher.
She is survived by: her children, Charles A. Rohrbacher of Delphos, Suzi Bechtel (Jim) of Goshen, IN, Sheryl Quan (Don) of Canton, MI and Sharla LaVelle (Brian) of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Emma Williams (Seth), Sam, Ben, Chloe LaVelle, Nikia, Mikai and Kirei Quan; her stepgrandchildren, Jamie and Randy Bechtel; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ashley, Nicholas, Amy, Jacob and Natalie Bechtel.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harter and Schier Funeral Home (209 W 3rd St, Delphos, OH 45833). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Delphos St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (331 E 2nd St, Delphos, OH 45833).
