He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ervin and Wilma Ervin (Norris); and his siblings, O. Stanley Ervin, Sr. and Dorothy Holberg. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Malone; his children, Jerry Ervin of Hudson, MA, Beth Hardesty (Karl Frederick) of Lima and Jayne Bair (Neil) of Columbus Grove; his grandchildren, Jared Hardesty (Dana Weigel), Adam Bair (Jessica) and Amy Bair; and his great grandchild Emma Tobe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vancrest-Sarah Jane Living Center Activities Department or St. Rita's Hospice.
