He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Butler and Nellie Butler (Hittle); his spouse Roseanna Fisher; and his siblings, Ralph Butler of Delphos, OH, Elbert Butler Jr. of Englewood, OH and Goldie Shaeffer (Robert).
He is survived by: his children, Tim Butler of Kansa City, KS, Mike Butler (Tammy Woods) of Delphos, OH, Paula Ann Butler of Dayton, OH, Amy Horton (David Rollins) of Van Wert, OH, Mary Kay Butler of Kingman, AZ and Rebacca Ann Kathrine Butler (David Figley) of Delphos, OH; his sisters, Armeda Shark (Russell) of Spencerville and Betty LaRue (Robert) of Cridersville; his sister-in-law Wanda Butler; and his grandchildren, Isaac Butler, Heather Horton, Kayla Rose Horton and Matthew Horton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews.
