He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Plank and Laura Plank (Kanagy); his former wife Doris Good; and his brothers, Robert, Floyd, Oren, Roy and Dwight.
He is survived by: his children, Donna of Dayton, VA, David (Marjorie Stemen) of Durbin, WV and Diane (Daniel Freed) of Fort Wayne, IN.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Laura, Karl, Andrew, Nathan Plank and Jefferson Freed (Charlotte Nissley) of Rustburg, VA.; and his wife Norma Brenneman Hartman. He is also survived by children and her many grand-children and great-grand-children.
