Dean Adam Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Adam (Delphos, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Adam and Marie Adam (Adams); his sister Sue LaRoche; and his niece Elaine. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Sherrick (Andy) of Elida and Julie Cox (Wayne); and his siblings, Terry Adam (Marvel) of Van Wert, Doug Adam (Bev) of Van Wert and Joy Roth (Rex) of Forest, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
