He is survived by: his children, David R. Wagner Jr. (Sarah) of Delphos, Matthew E. Wagner of Leipsic, Michelle L. Farler (Bill) of Delphos and Mary A. Sinsel (John) of Philippi, WV; his grandchildren, Jammie Farler, Samantha Farler, Madison Farler, Kaley Martin, Paige Newman, Brayden Wagner, Carter Wagner, Alexis Wagner, Deacon Wagner, Landen Wagner, Olivia Wagner and Liam Wagner; and his great grandchild Riley Martin.
