He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Roach and Doris Roach (Shook); and his wife Laura Roach (Murphy). He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa M. Ramsey (James) of Montgomery and Amanda L. Roach of West Chester; his grandchildren, Eleanor Ramsey, Joce Ramsey and Jasper Dunlap; and his siblings, Michael Roach (Sara), Phil Roach (Tracy) of Ft. Wayne, Beth Silkworth (Bill) of Ft. Wayne and Mary Miller (Randy) of Ft. Wayne.
