He is survived by: his children, Deshon Cook of Delphos, Justin York (Angela) of Junction City, OH and Chera York of Lima; and his brother Joseph York (Deanna Olson) of Powell, OH.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
