He was predeceased by: his son Eric Grothouse. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lammlein (Chris) of Springboro and Stacey Vaske (Andrew) of Delphos; his brothers, Tom Grothouse (Ruth) of Delphos, Jeff Grothouse (Tina) of Van Wert and Scott Grothouse (Deb) of Ft. Jennings; and his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Alexander, Abigail Lammlein, Nashton, Evelyn and Jaxon Vaske.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weber Funeral Home (1840 E 5th St, Delphos, OH 45833). A wake was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 7:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Delphos St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
