Sr. Sampson and Wilma Sampson (Bartlett); his wife Barbara Leach (Farrington); his sons, Jerry Sampson (Donna) of Delphos, Charles "Mike" Sampson (Kristine), Frank Wairer (Ruth) of Germany, Gregory Sampson of Gary, IN, Mark Sampson of Ft. Wayne, IN and Thomas Sampson of Cridersville; his stepchildren, Donna Parsons of Spencerville, Lauri Mahan (Gary) of Delphos and Gary Leach (Beth) of Lima; his sister Sharon Extine of Muncie, IN; his brother-in-law Harley Wayne Extine; his former wife Shirley DeLong (Hall); and his son Greg. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
