With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecilia L. Nartker (Delphos, Ohio), who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Sager and Bernadine T. Sager (Warnecke); her husband Robert E. Nartker; her son-in-law Jerry Kemper; and her grandsons, Scott Kemper, Kevin "Spanky" Kemper and Christopher Kemper.

She is survived by: her brothers-in-law, Donald Jack Nartker (Betty) and Gene Deters.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. John's Teacher Endowment Fund.
