She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Farrington and Mandilla M. Chapman; her stepfather George W. Winter, Jr.; her husband Charlie; and her brothers, Michael Winter and Doug Winter.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Leach (Beth) of Lima, Donna Parsons of Spencerville, Lauri Mahan (Gary) of Delphos, Mark Sampson of Fort Wayne and Thomas Sampson of Fort Wayne; her stepsons, Jerry Sampson (Donna) of Delphos, Mike Sampson (Kristine) of Flowery Branch, GA, Greg Sampson of Miller Beach, IN and Frank Wairer (Ruth) of Germany; and her siblings, Dean Winter of Mishawaka, IN and Patricia Cannon of Elkhart, IN.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
