He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lowry (Larkey) of Wintersville, OH; his son Michael Lowry (Jessica); his granddaughter Lilliana Lowry of Wheeling, WV; his siblings, Linda Walker (Jim) of Atlanta, GA, Darla Spangler (Ron) of Pittsburgh, PA and Phillip Lowry (Karen) of Weirton, WV; and his niece Jessica Lynn Lowry.
