He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Joseph and Leoma Gwinn Graham; and his siblings, James, Roger, Frank, Scott Graham, Macie Borland and Louise Shafer.
He is survived by: his wife Carlene Fay Heter Graham; his children, Justin Dale Graham (Stacey) of Dellroy, Tonya Hoffman (Tom) of Dellroy and Jeffrey Dean Graham (Christine) of Carrollton, OH; and his sisters, Mary Haupt of Alliance, OH and Lulubelle Hepner of Carrollton, OH.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.
