He is survived by: his children, Shannon Marie Owen of Cripple Creek, Kelvin Blake Mosley (Colleen) of Leonardtown and Mark Alan Mosley (Denise) of Dellroy, Ohio.; and his sister Sherry Wood of Dover. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
