She was predeceased by: her parents, Josiah T., Sr. and Dora Mae Barrick (Williamson); her husband Robert P. Hendershot; her daughter Penelope Ann "Penny" Staten; and her siblings, John A. Barrick, Josiah T. Barrick, Jr. and Mary Lina Neuman.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Caleb Staten of Dellroy, William W. Staten, Jr. of Midvale, OH and Christy Bailey (Jon) of Franklin Furnace, OH; her son-in-law William W. Staten, Sr. of Dellroy; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Bailey, Lacy Staten, Laura Staten and Jonathon Bailey. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
