He is survived by: his mother Donna Raines (Maxwell) of Copley; his wife Ann Raines (Roberts); his son Nicholas Raines (Tracy); his granddaughter Kensley of New Philadelphia; and his siblings, Rhonda Raines of Merit Island, FL, David of Copley, Michael of Copley and John Raines of Copley.
