Vickie M. Ward Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vickie M. Ward of Delaware, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2024 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vickie M. Ward to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Purpero and Margaret Purpero; her siblings, Jane Breth (Don), Jackie Ward (Don), Josephine Burchett (Paul), Ted Purpero and Bill Purpero; her siblings-in-law, Jessie Kellough (Carey), Georgia Weiderman (Fred), Homer Ward and George Woods; and her nephews, Jeff Finley, Ted Purpero, Jr. and Tom Weiderman.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles (Megan) of Delaware and Chad (Tracey) of Woodinville, WA.; her grandchildren, Casen, Tyler, Braden, Brooke and Cameron Ward; her sister Susie Woods of Kingston, Ohio.; her cousin Rosie Trainer; her close friend Charlie McDonald; and her sister-in-law Becky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Creekside Occasions (14847 OH-772, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
The family asks that any memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her name.
