He is survived by: his parents, Michael Myers and Lisa Myers; his siblings, Melissa Garner (Jeremy) and Keith Myers (Heidi); his aunts and uncles, Meg (Rod Garnett), Don Myers, Dave (Alice Myers), Jeff Wannemacher, Ruth Wannemacher and Sarah (Dave Tiefenthaler); his nephews, Shawn Dunavent, Jordan and Spencer Myers; his niece Lauren Garner; his cousins, Nathan Garnett, Hilary Antonine (Josh), Betsy Bernett (Greg), Rob Tiefenthaler (Anne), Liz Ernst (Jon), Trish, Evelyn, Hilary Wannemacher, Nikki Gallo (Nick) and Amber Foulke (Brian); and his close friends, Cathy, Shane Hankins, Ed Reik, Beth Basil, Pam and Craig Cassell.
