He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman F. Haas and Clara Mae Haas (Orahood); and his siblings, Ronald Haas and Melba J. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Haas; his daughter Terri Bowman (Mark) of Pickerington, Ohio; and his granddaughter Abigail Bowman.
