She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Elsasser and Mary Kay Elsasser (Bushong); her husband Russell Cochran; her son Keith Boger; and her brothers, Bill and Ken Elsasser.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Skeens (Chuck); her daughter-in-law Blythe Boger; her grandchildren, David Boger (Kristi), Andra Boger (Eric Dusseau) and Chad Landacre (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Halli, Russell and Cameron; her brother Don Elsasser (Reecie); and her close friends, Doc, Bonnie, Bev, Pat, Natalie and Lee. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
