It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Stevens of Delaware, Ohio, born in Rice, Virginia, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Byrd and Irene Byrd; her husband Donald; and her brother Lonnie Moore. She is survived by: her sons, Doward Lee Stevens and Michael Stevens (Samantha); her grandchildren, Brandon Stevens, Shannon Setzer (Dave), Sierra Stevens, Jarrid Mills and Melody Stevens; her siblings, Bobby Moore, Geneva Moore, Francis Duncan and Gloria Chattin (Rick); and her friend Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
