He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Ellen Loy (Good); and his brother Rob Loy. He is survived by: his father Robert Loy; his siblings, Jeri Needles (Rich), Teri, Bret (Loretta), Shawn (Susannah), Tracey (Melinda), D. J. (Karen) and Lisa Loy; and his nieces and nephews, Jayson (William Loy), Rob Needles (Destiny), Caryn Needles, Joey (Michelle), Rick (Jeremy Loy) and Nate (Brittany Loy).
