It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Evelyn Luxich Madison (Delaware, Ohio), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on October 19, 2016, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Carol Luxich; and her brother Lionel Luxich. She is survived by: her husband Edward Madison Sr.; her sons, Edward Madison Jr (Kellie) of Delaware, West Palm Beach of Delaware and Andrew Madison of Delaware; and her sisters, Sharon Evans (Darryl) of Tuscaloosa, Susann Clark (Rod) of Birmingham and Shelly Peed (John) of Alexandria. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
