He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Phillip "John" Fox and Mary Margaret "Peg" Fox (Smith); his brothers, Jim, Ed, Jerry and Brad; and his half-brother Phil.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sophia Fox (Garrett) of Oklahoma, Charlotte Fox of Oklahoma and Kassandra Fox (Rebekka Fox) of Oklahoma; and his sisters, Mary Lou Bailey of Delaware, Ashley of Delaware, Cindy Sheets (Mike Millhoan) of Delaware and Barb Allen (Chuck) of Delaware. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
