He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Klopfer and Loretta Hughes; and his sister Debra Klopfer Theil. He is survived by: his wife Claudia; his children, Christopher Klopfer, Eric Klopfer (Kristen) and Samantha Bauer (Lucas); his grandchildren, Nicholas Klopfer, Harper Klopfer, Beckett Klopfer, Elton Klopfer, Olsen Bauer and Leona Bauer; his brother Joe Hughes; and his stepsiblings, Edward Klopfer and Jayne Morgan. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rick's memory to the ALS Association.
