He is survived by: his wife Christine Garcia; his children, Lilliana Garcia and Richard "Cheech" Garcia, Jr.; his mother Lucy Garcia; his sister Christine Garcia; his stepsiblings, Vivian Estrada and Oscar Garcia; his parent-in-law Diana Melko; and also David Melko. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
