She was predeceased by: her parents, George Patton Cantrell and Sarah Jane Cantrell (Estep); her husband James Ronald Azbell; and her siblings, Eugene Cantrell, Clyde Cantrell, Earl Cantrell, Oshell Wheeler, Opal Williams and Marie Rose.
She is survived by: her son Billy Azbell of Columbus; her grandchildren, Samantha Jane Azbell of Columbus and Michael Craft (Destiny) of Delaware; her great grandchildren, Ona, Brantlee and Riley Ann; and her sister Mildred Fay of Delaware.
