It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Silliman of Delaware, Ohio, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Worth and Margie Pearl Silliman (Gregg); and his sister Esther Witzke. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Silliman (Spooner); his daughters, Susan Olive (Chris) of Cottage Grove, MN and Sherry Atkinson (Joey) of Westerville; his grandchildren, Bethany, Jordan, Seth, Judah, Adelynn and Kelly; his great grandchildren, Caden, Arlo, Parker, Natalie, Greyson, Evelyn, Lizzy and Riley; and his siblings, Jeff Silliman (Grace) of Toledo and Becky Doak (Dave) of Lakeside, Ohio..
