He is survived by: his brothers, Edward Lamaze (Maura Manning) of Prospect and Christopher George Lamaze (Christy) of Morris, Illinois; his cousin Kenneth George Jr. of Jena, Louisiana; and his nieces and nephews, Zoe', Zane, Zydeco, Zella, Zander, Geoffrey, Emily and Chloe.
