He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Eldridge; his son Jared Blankenship of Columbus; his nieces, Tina Stevens Hollingsworth, Tiffany Stevens and Brittany Roberts; and his siblings, Norma O'Dell of Delaware, Richard Ellis, Mary Lou Plymale and Karen Moien. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
