She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Newton Schertzer and Dorothy Schertzer (Jarvis); her son Shawn McGuire; her daughter-in-law Linda McGuire Broadman; and her siblings, Suzy Sandridge, Thomas Schertzer and Daniel Schertzer.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis McGuire; her son Michael McGuire (Anita); her grandchildren, Chelsea Tschanen (Seth), Donovan McGuire (Courtney) and Savannah McGuire; her great grandchildren, Hayden Tschanen and Avery Tschanen; her brother Art Schertzer (Clara); and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Schertzer and Mary Ann Schertzer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, family members.
