He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Earl Vining and Alberta Jane Vining (Herriott); and his brother-in-law Gary Lowe. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Lowe of Delaware, Regina Gersch (Joseph) of Delaware, Leo Vining (Jennie) of Delaware and K. C. Vining (Deb) of Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
