She is survived by: her husband William Louthan; her children, Lauren Phelps (Mitch) and Mark Louthan (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Alexandra (Phelps) of Powell, Ryan (Phelps) of Powell, Aidan (Louthan) of Powell and Ava (Louthan) of Powell; and her brother Dr. Dexter Koons of Pueblo, Colorado..
