He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolf Fricke and Maria Therese Fricke (Schwarz); and his brother Robert Fricke. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sons, Christopher and Michael Fricke (Brandi); his granddaughters, Kamryn and Kennedy Fricke; and his sister Alma Shipley (Rob) of Springfield, Ohio..

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Michael Church (5750 N High St, Worthington, OH 43085). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Michael Catholic Church (5750 N High St, Worthington, OH 43085).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the St. Vincent-De Paul Society in Klaus' memory.
