He is survived by: his mother Joan Martha Cunningham (Morrill) of Worthington; his wife Teresa (Felty); his sons, Doug Cunningham (Jennifer Scott) of Richwood and Chris Cunningham (Brittany) of Pataskala; and his sisters, Karen Cunningham of Westerville and Kathy Johnson (Eric) of Loveland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
