He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Evans and Alkie Mary Evans (Large); his siblings, Leslie Wayne Evans, Karen L. Evans and Phyllis N. Howell; and his aunts and uncles, Joella Pennington, Lorna Whalen, Martha Kazoon, Shirley Napp, Lawrence and Arnold Large.
He is survived by: his cousins, Bill Pennington (Ruth) and Lori Pennington (Clint).
