He was predeceased by: his father Robert Dale; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his children, Clint Evans (Stephanie) of Columbus, Matt Evans of St. Petersburg and Marilyn Evans of Columbus; his grandchildren, Logan, Harper and Brody; his sisters, Sandra Roby (Ron) of New Carlisle and Kristy DeLong (Marvin) of Hilliard; and his caregiver Toni Evans. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made out to Capital City Hospice, 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr., Suite 170, Columbus, OH 43231.
