It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia K Babcock (Delaware, Ohio), born in Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Hiner; her parents-in-law, Virginia and Robert Babcock; and her grandparents, J. P., Edith Hiner and Pearl Norsworthy.
She is survived by: her mother Joyce Hiner; her children, Samantha Vogelsberger (Ryan), Matt Babcock (Terri), Wooster and Chris Babcock (Amelia) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Ashtin, Landyn, Gavin Williams, Clover, Isabelle and Xavier Babcock; and her siblings, Debbie Leffel (Bill), Susie Jackson (David), John Hiner (Patricia) and Jim Hiner (Cindy Edwards).
In lieu of flowers and to honor Julie's love for animals, the family is requesting donations be made to the Humane Society of Richland County.
