He was predeceased by: his siblings, Willian, Jerry, Bob and Sharon Shappell. He is survived by: his wife Therese Frentsos Welch; and his children, Timothy of Houston, TX, Andrew of Westerville, Eva, Betty of Gahanna, Pete and Lynn of Columbus. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
