He was predeceased by: his mother Amy Nelson (Fish); and his niece Kristina Carroll. He is survived by: his father John T. Nelson, Jr.; his wife Jennifer "Jenny" Swinarski; his children, Veronica and Raymond Nelson; his sisters, Debbie Sears (Larry) and Tina Clarke; his aunt Kathy Cantrell (Darrel); and his nieces, Jerika Milliron-Risner, Stefanie Clarke and Stacy Clarke. He is also survived by many other cousins, family members, and close friends.
