He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Lewis and Edith Lewis (Hackworth); and his siblings, Elaine Lewis and George Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Shawn (Tasha) and Ted Lewis; his grandchildren, Fallon and Stella Lewis; his significant other Lynne Sutton; and his sister-in-law Sandy Lewis. He is also survived by her 4 children and 10 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Snyder Rodman Funeral Center (101 Valleyside Dr, Delaware, OH 43015). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Delaware Chapel (101 Valleyside Dr, Delaware, OH 43015).
