He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fitzgerald Kidwell, Sr. and Betty Kidwell (Harden); and his siblings, Richard, Gene Kidwell, Mary Alice Mapes and Ruth Kidwell.
He is survived by: his partner Chriss Cawley; the mother of his children Charlotte Kidwell; his sons, Stacy Kidwell (Terri), Jeremiah Kidwell, Timothy Kidwell and Benjiman Kidwell; his stepdaughters, Kathryn Ely (Bryan) and Cheryl Rosen (Brett); and his grandchildren, Chip (Missy), Scott (Audrey), Ben, Nick (Tori), Matt, Jacob and Racheal.
