He is survived by: his wife Kellie Collins; his mother Martha Geiger; his brother David Geiger (Leslie); his mother-in-law Sandra Leahy (John); his brother-in-law Scott Collins (Holly); and his pets, Cooper and CeCe. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
Funds were raised at the beginning of the year by John's employer Red Roof to help with medical expenses via GoFundMe. The fundraiser is still open for contributions to help the family with additional unexpected expenses since John's passing.
